Thank you for shopping at CAVERO LONDON. We hope you are satisfied with your order, but just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy for you.

Return/Exchange Conditions

  1. We accept return/exchange requests within 15 days of the delivered date.

  2. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed, with all original labels attached.

Note: Final sale products are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Note: We do not accept returned items that were sent back without notifying us first.
Note: Please do not send your returns to the address on your package—this is not the return address and will affect the return process.

Return/Exchange Process

  1. Email us at caverolondon@gmail.com and provide:

    • The item(s) you’d like to return/exchange.

    • The reason for each return/exchange.

    • The new item link, color, or size for exchange.

  2. After confirmation from customer service, follow the return instructions in our email and send us the return tracking information.

  3. Wait for your refund or exchange.

Note: Return shipping fees are at your own expense unless the return is due to a quality issue.
Note: For exchanges, we cover the shipping fees of the new package after confirming your return tracking information.
Note: We usually start the exchange process immediately after confirming your return tracking information, so you receive your exchange item(s) as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

  1. Returns are processed within 3 business days upon receipt of your package.

  2. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

  3. Customers will only be charged once for shipping costs (including returns). No restocking fee will be applied.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then, contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund appears.

Order Cancellation

  • We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. A full refund will be issued.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

  • If your original payment method is a credit card, refunds may take 1-2 weeks depending on the bank’s processing time.
